Westside Apartments
This former factory site was purchased by Hollybrook and subsequently redeveloped into 73 affordable homes. This development was the first ever project in the UK to be certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). Over 50% of all the timber used to construct the 73 one and two bedroom apartments was from environmentally sustainable forestry sources.
