Hollybrook purchased this old metal scrap yard, obtained planning permission and built a mixed-use development of 201 apartments and 10,000 sq ft of retail space. The scheme, opposite Canning Town Underground Station is one of East Londons most exciting new developments and has assisted in the regeneration of Canning Town.
